We know that convenience is important to you.  To pay your bill online, you now have several options.

Please note that Paymentus charges a service fee of $3.50 per $400.00 transaction for paying bills using this service. 
 

 

 

 

One-Time Online Bill Pay

You can make an express one-time payment using your credit card, debit card or checking account.

 

 

Customer Dashboard/Schedule a Recurring Payment

You can make a payment, schedule a recurring payment, and view your account balance.

 

 

 

 

You are able to pay your City of Buford bill over the telephone by using your checking, debit card or major credit card.  To make payments by phone, please call toll-free 1-866-955-0568.

 

 

 

Both Online and Phone pay services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

 

If your service has been disconnected, please call customer service at 678-889-4600 during normal business hours (8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday) to schedule reconnection of service.

 

Payments made with the incorrect amount will delay reconnection of service.  Payments made online and by phone during non-business hours for the purpose of reconnection are not monitored by customer service and will not constitute reconnection during non-business hours.
