How We Respond to Power Outages

City of Buford personnel are on-call and will be responding to power outages.

Crews will respond as quickly as road and weather conditions permit.

We prioritize restoring power to critical facilities such as hospitals and emergency services first.

Repairs will then focus on work that returns service to the greatest number of customers, then work down to individual lines.

Crews often work extended shifts to ensure every customer is restored as quickly and safely as possible.
