Utility Line Installation Agreement
This form MUST be filled out prior to utility line installation. A utility installation agreement is a binding contract under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 13-3-1), where the customer agrees to the provider’s terms, including allowing access to their property for maintenance or emergencies.

A utility letter of availability request form is an online application submitted by developers or property owners to a utility provider requesting a formal letter stating whether or not utilities are available to service a development or property. This is not an application for service.
